 How To Make Payment?
1. Pay by ATM or Internet Banking

- Customers are requested NOT to make any payment unless your booking has been confirmed and you have been instructed to do so by our Ticketing staff.
- It must be a same bank-to-bank payment. For example, if you are using your UOB account to make payment, you must transfer the funds to our UOB account.
- For Internet Banking payment:
  1. You must have an Internet Banking account with the relevant bank.
  2. We recommend you specify your "Initials" so that we can identify your payment.
- For ATM payment:
  1. Please retain your receipt. We may need to know the transaction number.

For DBS account-holder
Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars and to our following DBS account.

2. Pay by NETS or Credit Cards

You can pay by NETS at our office. There is a 0.9% transaction charge for NETS payment.
You can pay by Credit Cards at our office. There is a 2.0% transaction charge for credt card payment. The credit card holder MUST been one of the passengers in the ticket. The following credit cards are accepted.
 How to collect ticket?
1. If you had paid by ATM or Internet Banking transfer

You need not come to our office. Our ticketing staff will email you your e-ticket, provided that our ticketing staff had instructed you to make payment, we have received your payment and that our ticketing staff has informed you that we will email you your e-ticket.

- Prior to and after ticket issuance, you are responsible for checking the accuracy of the booking details on your e-ticket. In case of any discrepancy, please alert our ticketing staff.
- We are not responsible for e-ticket lost over electronic transmission methods such as email. Please ensure that you have received your e-ticket at the earliest possible time, and that the booking details are accurate.

2. If you want to pay by cash

You need to come to our office to make payment.

 Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Please call our ticketing department at 6221 9333 with full details of your reservation.

Note that cancellation/change fees will apply depending on the Terms and Conditions you have agreed to at the point of reservation and ticketing.
