Ticketing Booking Terms and Conditions
 Ticketing
We act as an agent for various airlines. Tickets are therefore sold according to the respective airlines’ terms and conditions.
  1. In the event of Cancellation/Amendment/Refund of a ticket sold, a service fee of $50.00* is payable in addition to the charges imposed by the respective airlines. It is also to be noted that some tickets have no refund value or cannot be cancelled/amended as per conditions set by the airlines as part of the conditions of sale.
  2. In the event of a No-Show, a charge of $225.00* will be deducted from the refund value of tickets (if such tickets have refund values) to cover wastage of seats.
  3. The process of refunds (depending on the airlines) may take 1 to 3 months.
 Hotels
We sell hotel rooms on behalf of various hotels in Singapore & Overseas. Terms and conditions imposed by them therefore apply.
  1. In case of No-Show of a booked room, a room night is chargeable.
  2. In case of a Cancellation/Amendment of a room already booked, a fee of $50.00* is payable.
It should be noted that some hotels might not accept any cancellation/amendments of rooms booked (especially during peak periods) and in such cases passengers are not entitled to any refunds.
 Visas
We provide various Visa application services. Depending on its complexity, a service charge* of $30.00 to $100.00 is imposed. This is in addition to any fees collected by the Embassies/Consulates themselves.
  Travel Insurance
We market specifically packaged travel insurance of AIG, QBE and Tenet. The insurance sold is subject to their respective terms and conditions stated in their respective Policies
 Courier Services
We provide delivery services and our charges* are as follows:

 - Within CBD   $5.00 per item during office hours (9 am to 6 pm)
$10.00 per item after office hours (6.01 pm to 8 pm)
 - Other Areas   $10.00 per item during office hours (9 am to 6 pm)
$20.00 per item after office hours (6.01 pm to 8 pm)
 Mode of Payment
Payment may by made in Singapore Dollars by cash, NETS, cheques, major credit cards or travel vouchers issued by the Company.
We may require cheques to be tendered and cleared before release of travel documents/service vouchers.
In case of payment made via our Travel Vouchers, all the terms and condition contained therein are applicable.
 Travel Documents
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that his/her International Passport has a validity of at least 6 months from the date of last leg of departure. Relevant visas and vaccinations may also be required.

The Company will wherever possible assist passengers to obtain the necessary visas but does not guarantee the approval from the Embassies/Consulates.
 Complaints & Claims
Complaints and/or claims if any will be handled in the following manner:
  1. They must be made in writing within 2 weeks from date of service rendered.
  2. An acknowledgment will be made within 2 days from receipt of a complaint/claims
  3. A reply will be conveyed to the complainant/claimant with 21 days.
  4. Reference will be made to NATAS or CASE for its intermediary if a claim/complaint cannot be mutually resolved.
 Confidentiality of Customer Data
The company only collects the necessary customers’ data to fulfill the purpose of completing every sale transaction and future in-house marketing. We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent the date collected to third party.
